BLURB
Lazare Belanger and the Vancouver Thunderbirds are in an awful slump. He can’t find the back of the net. The team is dead last in the standings. They’re a disaster from top to bottom, especially Lazare, and there’s no end in sight.
Then a mediocre player demands a trade from a division rival, and he lands in Vancouver.
Andrei Rokotov is struggling. He knows he’s in no position to make any demands, never mind a mid-season trade to one of a very short list of teams. But he’s not backing down. He wants out of a toxic, homophobic locker room, and he has his reasons for only playing in Canada.
Lazare is skeptical of this kid throwing his weight around like a superstar. But the second Andrei puts on a Thunderbirds sweater, he starts thriving. Before long, he’s moving up from the bottom six… and potentially knocking the struggling veteran center from the top line.
And if threatening Lazare’s place on the first line isn’t bad enough, Andrei also has the audacity to be hot enough to make him question how straight he really is.
The Dark Horse is a 123,000 word M/M hockey romance.
Over the Line is a contemporary romance between a 40-something silver fox single dad and a 30-something hockey star.
